Fantastic location. All the staff were so friendly and couldn't do enough for us. Rooms were a good size with really comfortable beds. I absolutely recommend this hotel and will be staying there again on my next trip to Coventry. I have already recommended it to family members who will now stay there.

This hotel is so pretty and well decorated. The hotel itself is like a mini museum. Everywhere you look, there is something interesting to see. We went during Christmas time so it was even more decorated. Room were great size and everthing was clean and comfortable. Reception lady with the blond hair was really kind and sweet. Garden around the castle is also very nice for a walk. I did not try the restaurant so i cant comment, but i did order room service: baked camembert and periperi hashbrown tots, both were phenomenal, thumbs up to the chef!

The staff member that checked us in and out (same lady) was wonderful. She didn't know I'd just come from a funeral, and was patient with me as I checked in on my own, with my little one asleep in the buggy, and I couldn't remember half my details. And was very warm, friendly and had a great sense of humor as we checked out and my toddler was tearing around the foyer. Please pass on my thanks.

Dishonest explanation of closure of facilities before booking and on arrival: We had booked for spa. The management knew their spa facilities would be closed at the time of booking but only informed us by e-mail two hours before arriving at the hotel and spa. In a well rehearsed routine of apology - we were offered and received a room upgrade. We had come from abroad for a break and there were few last minute options available. The spa/swimming pool/restaurant/gym were all closed allegedly for maintenance, but clearly this should have been scheduled well before our booking was accepted. The spa is still advertised today on Booking.com despite not being available for the next few weeks.

It is a nice hotel, I really liked it (as I mentioned in my public review). They’ve upgraded my room, it was very spacious, warm and cosy. Cleanliness could be much better, also bad that they don’t check if things are out of order. Would like to come back and try spa (looked very tempting!). Parking is very convenient, territory around is pretty (sadly didn’t have enough time to check it all).

I go on road trips and try to find accommodation that has lots to offer for an inclusive affordable price. Brandon Hall had everything I was looking for. The availability of the pool facilities was great for me. Fabulous food, great breakfast, friendly staff, one of the comfiest beds I've ever slept in, and my room smelt devine. I did compliment the cleaner the following morning. Bathroom was squeaky clean, and the toiletries on offer was a nice touch.

The hotel is generally nice. The room was lovely and clean and the bed really comfy. It had everything we needed. The pool was great. We ate in the bar in the early evening - staff were brilliant. Food was nice, prices expededly quite high, but the childrens menu was £10 for 3 courses plus drink which was great. Breakfast was good, lots of options.

I like everything about this hotel the room sizes, the friendliness, the cleanliness and there attitude towards pets was refreshing to see....our evening meal was delicious ...Will certainly recommend this hotel to friends and family and we will be back ...so handy to NEC and Stoneleigh.
