A good quality well maintained Hotel in South West London. Easy travel to Brands Hatch by own transport (Use sat nav). Private off road parking. Very professional and helpful staff. Good menu and well prepared food.
The room was only standard unless you count the bathrobes in the wardrobe. Very small, barely room to walk around the bed. Shower room was galley size, not even a metre width of floor space. Not good value at all, hotel is tired with odd little corridors with steps all over the place. We needed to be in the area otherwise would not have stayed. Travel lodge half a mile away has much larger rooms and freshly decorated for less money Very disappointing indeed.
Very comfortable hotel and perfect location for visiting relatives in London. The room was good value for money and the breakfast food was delicious. Only criticism is that the bathroom was very small and had no window.
Very charming hotel. Brilliant location. Excellent bus route. We drove from Wales and left the car there. Then took a cab to Crytal Palace for Louis Tomlinson Festival. About 10 minutes. Came back on the bus at night. The next morning we drive from hotel to Windsor, just because it was on our route back to the West Midlands!
Bromley is a nice sub-burb that is in greater London & County Kent. There is a lot of greenery & large parks. It is residential & has The Glades shopping centre & the high street for its main attractions. It also has 2 train stations, Bromley South & North. Shortlands train station is also a little way away. Nice for a little shopping trip & lunch or as a base of operations to travel into London.
We were woken by drunken people banging on our door.we reported to security but they said they couldn’t do anything about it.This was most unsatisfactorily and it’s making me think whether I will book there again.
Close to Beckenham Junction Station, with frequent trains into London and Trams into Croydon. If you are there as a tourist and fancy a longer train ride, Bromley South, 2 stops down, has connection to Canterbury and Kent Coast for day trips. Beckenham has loads of restaurants and cafes, so spoilt for choice where and what to eat. The hotel itself is fantastic, friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms. Continental breakfast was great. Free WiFi.

A lovely hotel in a beautiful location. Comfortable and clean room with good facilities. Although we did not dine in that evening, the breakfast was exceptional. Very welcoming and caring staff. For the visitor to England as well as a local, this hotel provides a great atmosphere and very good accommodation.
Great location in Bromley with polite and friendly staff - secure car parking was a bonus too. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent. The bedroom I had on the top floor overlooking the car park was nice and quiet once the kitchen extractor fan was switched off.
Room fantastic. Spotlessly clean and big enough. All available. Staff were super friendly and gave me a quiet spot for dinner which is what I requested. Faultless! Great value for money. Will definitely stay again when in the area.
We stay here quite frequently when working in and around this area, and there is always a friendly welcome. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, breakfast is good, and we somehow always manage to get a parking spot.
The beds were very comfortable and the housekeeping was one of the best of any hotel I’ve ever stayed at in the world
Rooms were good size and clean. Great location for shopping, eating out and few mins walk from trains to London.
The location and the initial hotel are OK bar available but very limited
