Located in Talgarth in the Powys region, 2 Bell Street has accommodations with free WiFi. No 2 Bell St is a quiet, modern, warm, ideally situated accommodation right in the centre of Talgarth with a pub, butchers, grocers and a local CoOp in throwing distance. Communication from Ffion, the owner, was timely and informative. The accommodation was very clean on arrival, had everything we needed and the welcome cakes went down a treat. We found it an ideal place for 2 to stay and Talgarth is a great place for walking. We'll definitely be back. Thanks for a great week.

Great host. Our room had all the facilities we needed, it was clean and spacious. You can park at the hotel. Starting point for walks in the surroundings.
Despite our short visit, we enjoyed strolling along the Wye Valley footpath on the Saturday evening, climbed the Pen y fan, criss crossed bits of the Brecon Beacon National Park on foot and by car on Sunday and returned home on the Monday. Staying at Llangoed Hall was perfect, it was tranquil, secluded and quiet. You're surrounded by beautiful countryside and wander their lovely gardens.
The whole house was beautiful with large reception rooms, high ceilings, comfortable but not overstated, original paintings and very personal with photos and memorabilia. The library/snooker room had a great collection of history books which i would have loved to have had time to read. The gardens are amazing, the only hotel I've been to with their own hens, ducks and bantams and choice of their eggs for breakfast. The veg garden is quite something and i would love to go again at different seasons o see what they have growing. What we particularly liked was that on arrival a member of staff came out to greet us and take our cases from the car. The location is wonderfully quiet with just a little river noise in the background.
The Brecon National Park visitors center is informative and well worth the visit. Hay on Wye is a must visit. The drive up to Hay Bluff from Hay on Wye is well worth while but do not try and complete the drive to LLantony Abbey retrace the route back to Hay.. Plenty of tea shops and restaurants in Hay
The location was stunning. The staff extremely helpful and pleasant and the food was excellent.
