The pods were amazing, so beautifully decorated and organised, down to the last detail. Everything was spotlessly clean. The beds were super comfy, and as it’s a quiet and peaceful area it was great for getting some quality sleep in. The hosts were lovely, they left so many thoughtful little details (and some amazing cakes as a welcome gift!). Fiona also gave us some great tips for things to see and do the next morning. We loved it here and were only sorry we had such a short stay!

Lovely, clean and spacious apartment just a couple of minutes walk from the village centre. Comfy beds and sofas, nice powerful shower and a well appointed kitchen. Plenty of parking right outside and views over the hills - really enjoyed our stay here and would definitely do so again!

Going to the shore and the harbour you will find a beautiful area with lots of history. The town itself has a great ice cream shop and Sids makes fantastic curry's. The area in which we stayed was great, quiet and scenic, overlooking the golf course and the bay. Easy for dog walkers.

Beautiful sandy beaches. Plenty walks.

Beautiful sandy beaches. Plenty walks. Good hotels and a fantastic golf course. My only gripe! I asked for catch of the day (turbot) and on the menu it said with new potatoes and greens. It looked lovely but underneath the turbot was salmon. I can't stand salmon. Thankfully I'm not allergic but it did ruin our meal. However the rest of the meal was lovely and the staff went over and above. The royal marine is a lovely pet friendly hotel.

Beautiful sandy beech. Golf course.

Beautiful sandy beech. Golf course. Co-op in centre of village, and large car park. Petrol station in village too. Bakery in village which sold lovely pies. Pub and couple of gift shops. Cafe too. Great location for setting off on day trips on east coast, or west coast, or further down the coast below Brora such as Dunrobin Castle in Golspie, or even to the Black Isle.

Brora was amazing.

Brora was amazing. The NC500 pods were the most stunning, idyllic pods I’ve ever stayed in. The hot tub, sauna and the views wow amazing. It’s by far the most amazing place I’ve ever stayed in and will definitely be back. The most amazing trip. Definitely book the NC500 pods.

Excellent and clear communication fr5om the host prior to arrival. Easy to find. Cosy and spacious pod with unexpected things like the smart colour changing lights via the Alexa; has a tv (which we didn't use); strong wifi signal, lovely under floor heating. Big fridge, spacious walk-in shower with good pressure and hot water (we had to turn it down). Excellent location e.g. half hour walk to Clynelish distillery - very handy! Less than 10 mins drive from beautiful Loch Brora - great for a swim. Would highly recommend staying here.

Hard to think of a better and more thoughtfully appointed property. Super location close to and within earshot of the coast and a seal colony just a mile south of Brora town. Host was very friendly, welcoming and helpful. I hope they'll let me stay again! Entry to property required crossing rail line on foot or via call to Network Rail to access by car. Not a huge problem or inconvenience but it means you can't drive straight to the front door.

The property had good safe parking, the house is in a quiet area and we slept well, walking distance from Brora shops and an excellent Indian takeaway Sid's Spice (would recommend). This was a good stay on our NC500 trip.

Great stay at Brora Escapes. We had walked 15 miles, so to find homemade goodies made our day. The owners had thought of everything - microwave, toaster, portable hob, refreshments and chimenea.
