We were very pleased with the location in the center of Cheltenham. We liked the very welcoming staff. They were all very helpful and always met us with a smile. We were lucky to get a room at the fifth floor with amazing views 🤩 The room was very clean and we enjoyed having a good functioning aircondition which helped us to get really good sleeps.
