Featuring a restaurant, The Swan Inn is set in Winscombe and also provides a bar and a garden. At the hotel, every room includes a closet and a flat-screen TV. The hotel itself is a sightseeing, as it is very nicely designed with a lot of small details. So interior of the room and the pub on the first floor is gorgeous. All the stuff is nice and welcoming. The breakfast on the pub is 10 from 10 and the place is very charming. Highly recommended. Convenient for visiting Cheddar Gorge, Bristol and Bath.
Adjacent to The Langford Inn are bedrooms with attached bathroom housed in 2 converted 17th-century barns with exposed beams, original brickwork, oak floors and luxuries for modern living. Friendly staff, spacious, cosy and beautiful room, nice breakfast & lunch.
Located in Sandford in the Somerset region, Priory Barn has a garden. The accommodation is 20 miles from Bath, and guests benefit from private parking available on site and free WiFi. Lovely house in good location. Easy access to Bristol airport and good pub/restaurant within walking distance. The house is very homely.
We were very pleasantly surprised at the comfort and hospitality of the home for the price we were paying if I was to fault anything it would be the size of the cooked breakfast but only to find a fault perfectly adequate for us
The accommodation is simple but adequate. I wanted a single room no fuss and this was provided. The location is utterly peaceful and was the best ! Swallows soared and the enormous men dip sky was beautiful. I do recommend the service and the food , and I like the staff, they were single bar men running the food and the bar. However the atmosphere and they were chilled
My wife and I like explore the local areas to where we stay, but due to the bad weather, we only saw a little of what is a beautiful village. If we were staying longer, we would of brought more appropriate attire. The food at The Nelson Arms across the road was not bad. We enjoyed it.
Great accommodation close to Bristol. Very comfortable room we were in the blue room and although it was a shared bathroom, this was not a problem. Unfortunately did not sample breakfast as we were up and out early both mornings Would definitely recommend and will be using again in the future
A nice, small North Somerset village, close to lots of sights and amenities. Real beer and cider drinkers really must visit The Crown , a real time warp traditional pub which has up the eight beers and six ciders straight from the barrels.
Wells and Thatchers cider not far away and there is a great pub just off the main road running through Churchill called the Crown Inn, one of the best pubs around- a grown ups pub. lunch meals only but what a range of beers and ciders. Good local banter.
Needed accommodation for an early morning flight from Bristol airport. Spent the afternoon at the hotel, had a great meal and relaxing evening. Room was spacious and fantastic location for airport. Will definitely use again
