Silverspring Hideaway offers pet-friendly accommodations in two separate properties, located in Constantine. The one-bedroom pod has a garden and the studio has an outside seating area. Excellent accomodation! What we liked the most was tortoise outside! hope back again soon
Featuring garden views, Merrivale Barn offers accommodations with a patio and a kettle, around 2.1 mi from Trebah Gardens. We liked everything about the property, location, garden, decor, cleanliness, homemade scones, jam and cream. The attention to every little detail, just perfect in every way. Thank you.
We didn't spend much time in Constantine itself - we were mostly driving through it to get to other destinations. It is a very small village, and seems to have a good community spirit. The speed limit in most of the village is 20mph which makes good sense since there are a lot of narrow roads with passing places, as well as people walking in the roads, so the low speed limit is much safer. The people are friendly and on another visit, it would be nice to get to interract with the people more. Apologies that this isn't more informative.
A lovely place close to lots of day tips to explore. Easy to find and lots to do if you wanted too. Seal and pony sanctuary close by . Main town of Truro I believe is about 30minutes away but as we did not go there You may need to check this out
Peaceful location with very pleasant surroundings. A typical Cornish village with a useful shop that did sandwiches if we wanted them. A good base for travelling to south coast and surrounding area. Lanes to the inn where we stayed were very narrow but you expect that in rural Cornwall!
The local spar shop is great for supplies. The road through the village is very busy with traffic so be careful with little ones. We went to the wartha inn at trangilly,Which was a 15 min walk away. It great on a summer evening along the public foot path the pub had a great atmosphere and served good food!
Great place to stay warm welcome and lots of peace. It was lovely to be able to take my dog and explore some picturesque villages beautiful beaches and south coast path walks ...wish we could have stayed longer
Superb food and lovely hosts. This place is a perfect base to explore Cornwall.
