-Incredible staff very approachable -A pretty good gym facility -Walking distance to all the Inverness city area attractions. To include pubs, restaurants, bus station, many shops -they had an umbrella rental machine in the lobby. Simple to use, very handy.

The front desk went out of they way to ensure a good stay. We requested a room change due to some noise as we had conference calls at odd hours with various countries. The staff did utmost to accommodate our every request starting from switching to a room on the groundfloor due to our luggage size, providing charging adapter we forgot to bring, sharing all kinds of useful information and even openning the kitchen for us at 4.30 in the morning since we had to catch an early flight.
