Ambience was wonderful and the hotel was extremely beautiful and well maintained. The staff were exceptional, being courteous and professional. On arrival the gentleman who checked me in was absolutely amazing so friendly couldn't have been anymore helpful I've stayed quite a few hotels but without a doubt he made this arrival and check in perfect any questions he was only too willing to answer he breakfast was amazing beds really comfortable it was quiet clean and the girls who worked in the morning serving the breakfasts all were lush really nice ladies who were only too happy to help you with anything I'd 100% recommend this hotel to anybody staying in Plymouth
