Extremely, helpful and friendly staff

Room and bathroom was clean and in good condition. Bed was comfortable, and there is free parking on site.

The staff were unusually helpful. We needed disabled access, and they went out of theeir way to make sure our needs were met. They were unusually sensitive to emotional, as well as physical needs.

Great location and staff, the rooms match the photos and was really clean and comfortable. Would recommend to those travelling on a budget and catching an early flight out of Luton.

Conveniently close to London Luton Airport, the room was clean and tidy, with a super comfortable bed. The reception staff were welcoming, friendly, and attentive, making the stay truly enjoyable!

It was 10 min walk from the Luton airport. Nice and clean rooms . Comfy beds.

The location is close to public transport, the check in was easy,my room had an iron and hairdryer where i usually have to ask for one, the room was super clean and comfortable

The staff from the start to the end of the day is lovely. They always were smiling, chatting with you, all were very nice. Breakfast is great, you have several choices on the menu and all is good. I had a late check-in on my arrival, I was provided with a number to call beforehand. The landlord guided me through to get in my room. And they also had sent an email with all I needed anyway. Smooth as. Nice place, nice people, can't complain

no effort at all to ask for more tea, coffee, towels, anything for that matter, and also super friendly, it feels more as a family run hotel instead of a bigger chain.

I stayed for 2 nights and it exceeded my expectations. One of the best stays I ever had.Thanks to The hotel Team for making it wornderful.
