Excellent property in the very center of old town Canterbury. They have preserved the medievel facade but have built a brand new hotel behind it. Immacualte property and everyone I interacted with was well dressed, professional, and exceptionally polite and accommodating. Wonderful breakfast buffet. Convenient parking (fee not included) in Whitefriars parking structure.

The staff very friendly & most helpful, Locatiom perfect with beautiful sea views. My room was very comfort and bed, pillows, quilt and bedding all great for a good nights sleep. Maybe a mirror in the room and on the dressing table rather than just the bathroom, but otherwise a lovely brief stay & will return.

There are glorious walk ways surrounding the village & outer fields, sky at night throws out the wonder of the universe, so star gazing is available.
Herne Bay is only a couple of miles away if sun sea & salted caramel ice cream is your choice, easily accessible by bus from outside the church bus routes to Canterbury are also accessible.
