The Windmill Inn is a 17th-century country pub with 2 bars, 3 dining areas and a beer garden. Free on-site parking is also available. It was quiet and so peaceful. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Our room (#1) was comfortable and had plenty of space. We really enjoyed our stay!
Springfields is an award-winning B&B just 1700 ft from Horsham Park and Horsham Museum. It has modern, individually designed rooms with flat-screen TVs, free Wi-Fi and traditional English breakfasts. Clean, spacious room, fully equipped, close to town centre, great break breakfast.
Wimblehurst Hotel is a Victorian villa located in an acre of landscaped gardens and offers free on-site parking. Horsham Railway Station is just a 5-minute taxi ride from the property. Breakfast was great and staff were extremely friendly, nothing was a problem for them. One of them even gave us a lift to the train station when he was out bags were too heavy. Definitely recommend!
Boasting garden views, The Coach House features accommodations with a garden and a patio, around 656 feet from The Capitol Horsham. The apartment was situated in the garden of a semi-detached house in a quiet street. I had a very warm welcome and Kristina was a very sympathetic host. The bed was comfortable an a fan was available as it was quite hot during my stay. I was delighted to find some food ready in the fridge, even a croissant the next morning. To cut ist short: thumbs up - I´ll be back
Featuring garden views, Lazy Daze Cottage offers accommodations with a garden and a patio, around 4.3 mi from The Capitol Horsham. What a beautiful property at such a reasonable price. We had such a fantastic stay at Lazy Days and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a 'stay-cation'. The communication with the host was excellent, in fact I can honestly say that everything was spot on.
a really nice place didn't have any food stores near to where we were staying although I think we would have found one supoerstore if we looked hard enough a lot of nice restaurants we went to The Red Deer which was excellent and the railway station is very near to the city centre
train station was convenient and close to town center. seemed to have a nice spread of places to eat. had very nice dinner at Bills in old town hall . appreciated the informative plaques in the main street containing historic tidbits. especially surprised one could sell his wife back when if husband could find a buyer.
We booked in to room 3 and the first thing that struck us was an infestation of flies. we opened a window to try to get rid of them and in the meantime looked at the beds. On pulling back the sheets we were appalled by the badly urine stained mattresses. We then left the hotel.
We did not go into Horsham town centre as the hotel was a base for visiting friends and other places in the area. Nymans (NT) and Leonardslee both had stunning spring gardens and are well worth a visit.
I stayed in Horsham for their Italian festival, displaying my Italian Motorcycle. The event is very good. There are lots of different types of pubs whilst some were not to my taste a still found 2 just 10 mins apart that satisfied my needs
Love Horsham. Very buzzy place. A great market on Saturdays. Superb shopping Centre which houses M&S, Waitrose, John Lewis, fantastic restaurants, coffee shops and a band stand which often have bands playing mist weekends.
