Peaceful location, lovely courtyard room with everything needed, including a very comfortable bed. Fantastic breakfast and excellent evening meal on the day we chose to eat there. It was nice staying next to the bar - we could have a drink in the evening without worrying about who was going to drive. We're not golfers, but learned a bit about the sport while we were there! Also was great to be so close to the Nature Reserve and able to walk around Rutland Water.

Nothing. We never stayed there. The room was thirty degrees C even though they had a fan. Plus there was a constant noise from an extractor fan outside. It was impossible to stay there so we had to go somewhere else. No offer of refund or any help. The receptionist came up and saw for herself both the impossible heat and the noise of the extractor fan, which she thought was from a nearby restaurant and so they thought they were no in anyway responsible. No other room offered other than next door which had the same problem. We left.
