Lits confortables.

This is half a beautiful old coaching inn and half a more modern extension. We were in the older part and liked the quirky period fireplaces in the corridors and the antique solid oak panelling. OK there were a few minor issues of small areas of damaged plaster and peeling paint in places but nothing that spoilt our stay. The bathrooms were spotless, towels clean and fluffy, generous quantity of coffee/tea in the room, TV great. The truely amazing thing about our stay was that: From the moment we set foot on the premesis the owner, bar maid, cleaning staff, kitchen staff and bar patrons could not have been more welcoming, helpful, friendly, and professional. On the morning of departure the cleaning staff called at the room, NOT to give us the hurry up to vacate but to ask if we needed any extra tea/coffee or clean towels - I've not come across that before!

Check in & out facile et rapide.

Thanks a lot Nigel!!!
