Location, next to Hampton Court, cafes and restaurants close by. The staff so polite and nice. Breakfast relaxing and lovely food. Room a good size, newly renovated with, block out curtains which seem to be rare in UK. Would definitely stay again.

We were not informed about breakfast time, got down at around past 9 am and was told we were late. My daughter had a competition and needed to have something to eat. The free breakfast and onsite parking was why I booked the hotel. I asked to speak to the manager but the chef came and made us some toast and scrambled eggs thankfully .
