It was right by the gates of Hampton Court and we could see the maze right from the hotel. The food was delicious and we really enjoyed breakfast. I highly recommend that option. It’s just a short walk through the chestnut trees to the entrance of Hampton Court Palace.

We were not informed about breakfast time, got down at around past 9 am and was told we were late. My daughter had a competition and needed to have something to eat. The free breakfast and onsite parking was why I booked the hotel. I asked to speak to the manager but the chef came and made us some toast and scrambled eggs thankfully .

It was very difficult to get around Kingston upon Thames and we were unable to find the river at all, which is why we'd visited in the first place! It was pouring with rain and there was no cafe in the area where we parked up, so we ducked in to Sainsbury's for a couple of sandwiches. We shan't visit again. However, Bushey Park and its deer was a wonderful surprise and our visit to Hampton Court Palace interesting.

We chose this because we wanted to visit Hampton Court Palace. After a superb evening meal at our hotel The White Hart we went for a wander over the bridge where we discovered a lively area of restaurants & bars with a great atmosphere. Also found out about a river boat trip that could take us to Hampton Court. We were able to book tickets online for the next day. And a 5 minute walk from the hotel is a train station that takes you to Waterloo.

Great location to kingston & only a mile away from Hampton Court Palace also free parking available.
Room was spacious with comfortable bed and hot power shower, also had all the facilities we needed including a coffee machine.
Staff were very friendly and worked very hard, especially at breakfast time when it was very busy.
Food was very tasty with a good choice on menu also the breakfast was excellent with hot and cold choices available.
Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
Easy check in. Parking at rear. Comfortable and spacious. Massive comfy bed in the main bedroom. Sofa bed is a proper double and very comfortable. Great storage. 5 of us stayed first night and 3 for a second night and it was very comfortable even when at capacity. My daughter lives in Kingston Uni halls nearby, so the location was perfect for us. Easy to get into central London and Kingston but also a nice area with good pubs and places to eat within walking distance.
Everything is lovely ! The staff, the beautiful room. It smells so clean through the whole building. The breakfast was great. You can walk into Kingston along the river within 15 minutes so great location. One of my favourite hotel stays EVER. Even left us some goodies in the mini fridge which were free to use.
This was our second visit to Warren House and I can thoroughly recommend it! The hotel is set in a peaceful location yet close to the bustle of Kingston and Surbiton. The staff are friendly and helpful. The neatly kept garden is a bonus on a warm day, and we enjoyed our breakfast and evening meals too.
Well located in Kingston upon Thames. Easy walking to the river, shopping centre, Sainsburys, bus stops and train station. Host was excellent as responding to questions.
