We were very happy with our stay at Clune House, Bryan and Laura were amazing hosts. The rooms very clean and the beds were very comfy. They offered fresh goats milk for the room, which was really delicious. Also the complimentary fudges they offered were some of the best ones we had in Scotland. The breakfast was also great, Laura is a really great cook. Plus having some filter coffee was a plus for us. The location is great if you are driving to Highlands from Edinburgh or if you want to explore the Cairngorms Park.

A beautiful cozy home that gives you a nostalgic feeling with lots of attention to detail, beautiful surroundings. The rooms were clean, spacious, well equiped and have a fantastic view. Breakfast was great, with a variety to choose from, including a home-cooked full Scottish breakfast. Beautifuly decorated guest area, with a piano, board games and a good variety of books. The host was extremely kind and helpful. The area is nice, quick drive to Newtonmore and other attractions within the Cairngorms National Park

What a beauty, this is not like an apartment but like a whole cottage, with lounge to chill, mini bar, comfy beds and perfect location for the highlands . Breakfast was also very nice, cookies upon arrival in each bed room . Top notch!

Properly dog friendly.

Properly dog friendly. Bowl of water standard, extra treats if accepted. Short drive to forest and hill walks. Facilities for eating with dog where you did not feel excluded! Beautiful peaceful setting. Real beer and lager. House wine reasonable and good variety.

Beautiful, well equipped house with panoramic views and plenty of space. Perfect for a get away for family and friends. Lots to do for younger people whilst Olden’s enjoy the peace and scenery. Really good Wi-Fi and a safe environment. Excellent outside space, indeed we had sun in Scotland. Would like see seating outside front porch and perhaps a second bin for recycling in utility.

We loved the location , away from the busy areas of the...

We loved the location , away from the busy areas of the carirngorms but in close access to everything. The staff are amazing , Carly is the General Manager and nothing Is too much bother .We have a black Labrador who was allowed into the restaurant with us , the food was amazing , evening meal was freshly cooked , amazing value , and something for everyone . The bar had a good selection and it was a great area to chill in after dinner . We will be back again , we were away for our wedding anniversary and we will always remember the Laggan Thank you for the great memories we made , do not hesitate to go here you will not regret it .

Nice clean hotel, great staff and clean comfortable bed, off...

Nice clean hotel, great staff and clean comfortable bed, off street parking and lovely sun terrace. The evening meal was ok but not the best but cooked breakfast was good and I’d certainly stay again.

The room was much better than expected.

The room was much better than expected. Staff extremely friendly and helpful and rooms were clean. Easy access to main routes and tourist attractions and great views from all rooms. Although not used, close to Wolftrax mountain biking and local fishing.
