B/W Lichfield City Center The George Hotel is a charming 18th century coaching inn with a popular restaurant and spacious, air-conditioned rooms. Everything was excellent, The staff were extremely professional yet friendly. We all had a fantastic weekend.

Set in its own grounds, this beautifully restored 18th-century lodge offers a rustic pub with seasonally inspired food and cask ales. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights over the festive’s, flying in from Switzerland to visit family and friends. We were BLOWN AWAY by the wonderful warm friendly Staff :-) and the room we stayed in I’ve stayed in many 5 star hotels and our room was on paar if not better for cleanliness and absolutely beautiful interior !! There was no problem with noise especially being above a pub and security was key, very secure and the car park is security cameras The Hedgehog pub is just beautiful beautiful beautiful inside and out!! It felt like home from home It has such charm with a wonderful old English feel with roaring fires and drive through grounds, with a touch of the Cotswolds, We shall return, Thank you so much for a fabulous stay! Located in Lichfield, just 5 miles from Lichfield Cathedral, Woodend Cottage has accommodations with a terrace and free WiFi. Lovely cottage at the end of a farm track . Very comfortable, cosy, spacious and above all warm! We arrived to find a Christmas tree in the lounge and a bottle of Prosecco , a nice touch.Thanks

Family friendly and welcoming, The family dogs were a lovely bonus. Privacy respected but someone on hand if you needed anything which we didn’t because everything was there. Nothing to criticise. It was perfect for our needs. Have no hesitation in recommending.
