I arrived weatherblown & weary on foot in winter & was greeted warmly & made welcome by charming staff who also drove me to the shops for food. A great shower & comfy bed. The guesthouse is lovely & in a beautiful area. Close to the ferry port & a beautiful walk along a back path to the sea front.

The Glendower Hotel was an absolute experience! The room facilities were ideal and we had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable and the room itself had a wonderful, cozy retro vibe. The pub downstairs was basically the meeting place for the whole village. The host did his job with passion and with an incredible warmth. Despite significant language barriers, we quickly got into conversation with people. It was a lot of fun with you guys, thank you! - the german backpackers :)

This was a 10/10 stay. Great location, close to supermarket, and only 5 min walk into town with restaurants etc. Received a warm welcome on arrival. Lovely spacious 1-bedroom home to yourselves. Full lounge, fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine, which is such a bonus when you are traveling. I would highly recommend this place.

The place is beautiful, the room is large and clean, the lady who runs this farmhouse is amazing, she's nice, kind and she cooked a perfect Welsh breakfast, in the room you can find everything you need, we were sad to leave, highly recommended!

Absolutely lovely hostel and Steve's such a nice and generous person. Flawless and yet so personal, warm and homely. Kitchen full of breakfast treats and the living room a lovely place to hangout or eat. I really felt like staying longer, but unfortunately I couldn't this time. I'll be back though - for sure!

Ty Canol was a comfortable little cottage with all you need...

Ty Canol was a comfortable little cottage with all you need for self catering. Everything in the cottage was working as needed and the welcome pack was nice. The village it was in was quiet and not far from other well known locations . The lounge diner was a little bit dark and cold and the tv very small, and there wasn’t a nice outside space to sit out in ( there was a rough grassy garden out the back of the kitchen ) But in sunny weather it was a good find .

Easy to find, Good location as a base to be out and about...

Easy to find, Good location as a base to be out and about doing things, in our case, the focus was spending our days walking the sections of the coastal path between Dinas and Trefin. There is a pub that offers food (we self-catered so didn't visit).
