If you have a car this hotel is plenty convenient. It is managed well and the bed and facilities in the room are comfortable and in good working order. I recommend this hotel.

The place is nice, quiet and has everything needed for a stay. With the short driving distance there are a lot of places to go: starting from sandy beach, puffin watching spot and finishing with museums and even distillery tours.
Hosts are very welcoming and go above and beyond for any of your needs.

Mintlaw is a nice village Aden Country Park a great facility (shame it's a bit shabby over winter and centre is closed) coast to North amazing cliffs and to east fabulous sand. Lighthouse museum. In Fraserburgh good.. This part of Scotland is a hidden gem.
Breakfast was excellent. It was a lovely quiet little village, with facilities nearby in Mintlaw. Loved that there was a little gate with access to Aden Country Park, so no need to drive around to the main entrance. Out dog was made very welcome at no extra cost and even got a free sausage for her breakfast.
Most definitely will check for availability when up in the area next time.
Excellent value for money.
Excellent in all respects
Links very well with cycle path on disused railway track from Mintlaw to Maud
Martin was very friendly and helpful
Gave us lift to excellent local pub for evening meal and we were able to walk back through Aden Country park
Stored our bikes indoors overnight
A very nicely presented hotel. Our room featured a large bed and shower room. excellent towels and linen. nice toiletries in the shower room.
The restaurant is not to be missed. The food is delicious and very competitively priced.
Nice hotel and room, good food for breakfast and off the menu, friendly and attentive staff. Good location, and good info received from staff of local things to see and do. Very good.
Third time I have stopped at the hotel and would always do so when working in this part of the country. Always a warm welcome, lovely rooms and excellent food. Peaceful location.
