Cleanness, facilities and location

All the basics done really well, but it’s the little extras the make it special. Thank you card, chocolate and a couple of soft drinks in the fridge.

Amazing place! Super clean, full equipped

This is a beautifully restored property and a very comfortable and relaxed hotel. The ambience is professional but relaxed. The taxi service is also first rate - we waited no longer than a couple of minutes for taxis any time we ordered from the front desk. The location is perfect for anyone visiting the Titanic Experience next door.

Excellent destination hotel. Jazz bar, cocktail bar and breakfast room were on point. Enormous rooms and good food.

Hotel was in a great location and the room was exactly what we needed. The hotel lobby had a fantastic environment and we really enjoyed grabbing a drink after a day out in Belfast.

Our stay at the Residence in was fantastic. Greeted firstly by welcoming, helpful staff (especially Jo on reception she was so lovely) Great location just a 30 minute stroll out of the city center, which was good considering the Civil unrest when we arrived! Nice breakfast selection, hot and cold. Exceptional rooms, spacious, kitchenette very handy, comfortable beds, great shower, 100% cotton towels & toiletries. Hotel is new so there for all facilities are brand new so you cant go wrong. Right opposite the Titanic museum which was a great afternoon out. Cinema and food hall a short walk away and a spar shop open until 10pm very handy. Bus stop outside the hotel to get about if you like, albeit we enjoyed walking. Overall we couldn't fault this hotel and highly recommend it. Thankyou Jo ;)

Dan Kelly gave us so many tips about the Belfast area and the gals at the front desk were very welcoming.

Central location. Kind and efficient service. Comfortable and quiet room. Umbrellas for hotel guests to borrow. Easy to walk to and from Belfast Central Station.
