With a traditional restaurant, pretty grounds and a patio, Manor House Hotel offers stylish rooms and free parking. Situated just outside Penarth, the hotel is a 10-minute drive from central Cardiff. It was the whole package - well-designed chalets with parking outside, excellent breakfast included inn price. Not part of a faceless group, reflected in personal attention.
Featuring free WiFi and a terrace, Restaurant James Sommerin with Rooms offers accommodations in Penarth, within a 15-minutes drive from the center of Cardiff. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant.... Beautiful spotlessly clean modern rooms with sea views, comfortable beds and a superb Michelin starred restaurant! Made our sons 21st birthday a very special event. Go for the food alone but stay for the whole experience.
Offering a terrace and views of the sea, The Beach House Hotel is set in Penarth in the Glamorgan Region, 2.2 mi from Dinas Powys Castle. Guests can enjoy the on-site bar. I’ve traveled extensively and this was by far the best hotel experience I have ever had.. the rooms are beautiful and the cafe downstairs is beyond amazing. I can’t wait to go back !!
This exquisitely designed 1920s house is cozy, decadent and indulgent and has stunning views across the Bristol Channel to the islands of Flatholm, Steepholm and beyond. All basic amenities like ironing, tea/coffee, kettle, water, etc. available in the room. The room and the bathroom were very spacious. Staff were very helpful. Would definitely stay here again.
Llys dol may is located in Cardiff, 2.6 miles from Cardiff Bay and 3.7 miles from Motorpoint Arena Cardiff, in an area where fishing can be enjoyed. Spacious seeming flat in super location, minimal administrative hassle, clean and tidy, comfy furniture, good facilities - huge TV, free WiFi, fairly easy to park nearby, not too far to walk to the shops or seafront.
Nice seaside town with some nice restaurants. Walking along the water way is very pleasant The restaurant in the Holm Hotel was excellent value along with its menu and service The Fig tree restaurant was very good too. The James Sommerin was over priced and over rated. Services were poor and prices were high along with small servings.
The suburb of Penarth is very beautiful, with a fair few high quality restaurants (The Fig Tree, Romeo's and El Puerto to name a few) and cafes, a lovely little seafront and pier and is on the Welsh Coast footpath. It has a few boutique gift shops and some stunning buildings and architecture. Take a walk down Marine Parade or 'Millionaire's Row' as it is known locally!). We will be visiting again!
