Stunning views, relaxing atmosphere and the animals are adorable.
I made a mistake when I booked as I had previously looked at this accommodation and when I went back on booking.com to book the search had reset and taken my children off. I messaged them and they made me feel like it wasn't a problem at all to add them.
When we arrived we were greeted by the friendly owner who was making up the extra beds for my children. The hot tub was warm and ready to get straight in. We all really enjoyed it. The Goats were lovely and the little escapee chickens made my boys giggle. The fish were also loved by the boys and they got super excited every time the turtle appeared.
We ordered dominos pizza to the apartment and they found us no problem. There was an air fryer and microwave/combi oven if you prefer to cook for yourself. Breakfast was a lovely selection of bread, jams, cereal, chocolate croissant and chocolate chip muffins.
The apartment was lovely, soft comfy bed and a fab shower. Towels were provided also. We were in apartment 1 which other guests in the other two apartments had to pass but it wasn't a problem and there was also a curtain if you'd rather have the privacy.
Looking forward to coming back.

Really enjoyed our stay, the house is beautiful and clean. Sharon was lovely and very friendly. Worth the price for a one night stay aswell as the use of the hot tub!
Prestatyn is a lovely little town. Plenty of places to eat.
Prestatyn is a lovely little town. Plenty of places to eat. Easy access to the A55 and a great place to base yourself to explore the rest of North Wales. Chester is within easy reach and Manchester airport is less than an hour. The train service from London is very frequent which is how we arrived and takes less than 3 hours.

Plenty of places to eat in the High Street along with good selection of shops. Some really nice pubs just outside the town also, (check out the Eagle & Child). Plenty of car parks in the town and even the raillway station is central to the town.

Beautiful location.
Beautiful location. If you enjoy walks then the park and beach over the road will not disappoint. Locals where friendly. Shops locally and take aways also. Family pub just down the road, does allowe dogs outside but not inside so we didn't go in there.
We didn't go into the town centre, didn't need to.

Such a lovely little town! So peaceful and calm!
Such a lovely little town! So peaceful and calm! As soon as you step out of the train, you can feel the difference! The air is clean! People are lovely and friendly! Oh and the beach is so breathtaking! Not much entertainment if you have very active kids like mine but if you go when the weather is nice then the beach will keep them busy for the whole day!

Pleasant, but possibly a little old fashioned for younger visitors. Lovely wide and sandy beaches. Beautiful villages and countryside behind Prestatyn, great for walkers and cyclists, and Prestatyn is a good start for visiting historic North Wales.

Staff were not interested in selling caravans, was unable to purchase a meal in the main venue because we did not prebook. We weren't informed of this before hand so we left the following morning disappointed. Hopefully you will learn from this I worked for Borne Leisure years ago so I know how to treat patrons.

The Old Wash House is so comfortable and peaceful. Tucked away for quietness too. It was perfect. Lyz is so friendly and kind and provides a great base in Prestatyn for exploring locally and further in North Wales. There is everything you can think of that’s needed for a stay away from home. I will definitely be hoping to come back again to this wonderful place.
Location is perfect to explore North Wales area.
Home from home, all the amenities you require.
Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable of the surrounding area which is helpful for planning days out.
Friendly, helpful, professional staff. Comfortable bed, clean room, excellent breakfast. Good location for exploring the town and North Wales generally. Good parking facilities.
This is the 2nd time we have stayed at this property. It's like home from home. Great location for exploring North Wales. Nice touch from the owner putting a Christmas tree up
