Excellent hospitality, staff helped in every way and made my holiday a very jolly and welcoming stay. Could not fault these facilities. Great to have fridge in room. Breakfast was varied and served with a smile every day. This area is so quiet amd peaceful. Wonderful

A very cosy hotel, the reception smelled lovely with fresh flowers in the reception area, the bar is decorated with Rolling stone memorabilia just brilliant, the breakfast is very good, the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants. The free parking was very handy too. The staff went out of their way to help and the room was very comfortable.

Booked this for my Mum and partner in their 90s They had a great stay. Staff very helpful bus right outside Mum is very picky about where she stays and it ticked all her boxes

The hotel manager was gracious to accommodate m'y change request.

Nice room, not super large but bigger than a lot of UK hotel rooms, which are generally miserably small. Staff were very helpful and pleasant to deal with.

What a location! What atmosphere! The looming Mont Orgueil castle above and the peaceful harbour just outside the windows yet so easy to access all that St Helier and Jersey has to offer. Everyone was wonderful.

We liked everything about this hotel. All of the staff was welcoming and professional. It didn't take them long to learn what we liked! ( we were the Canadian pair that liked ice).

The location and close proximity to our family. Friendly and very helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. Warm room with tea and coffee making facilities.

Fab location and attentive staff ! Coffee and water in the room and also got an upgrade since it was my birthday! Had dinner which was delicious and staff went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of! Shout out to David and Carolina which were brilliant on the night! Will definitely be staying again , thank you !!

Everything. It’s utterly beautiful.

I enjoyed my stay at grand Jersy. Everyone was amazing. Food was excellent. Had a 7 course dinner at the Tassili and it was brilliant. The breakfast was superb. Staff and service was top notch. I am definitely coming back.
