We had breakfast included and it was great. The room was the big surprise. We were on the top floor with a nice view over a park and to the lake. The bed was really comfortable and there was a small alcove where I could have morning coffee while my girlfriend slept in. A few restaurants in Belcoo and a short walk across the bridge to Blacklion for even more pubs and restaurants. We really felt this place had it all

Very warm and comfortable, a real home away from home - great to do our washing and be able to cook dinner at home for a couple of evenings too - felt like a re-set on the travels. Marble Arch Caves and Florence Court and gardens close by and definitely highlights for us while in Belcoo.

It was really well kitted out. Had everything to prep dinner, breakfast & lunch. Also had everything for a young child ie chair, bed etc. The place was also decorated for Christmas which made it extra special.
