Beautifully located with great views. Freshly renovated throughout the rooms and lounge and bar areas. Very friendly and accommodating staff. Free parking. Everything just just worked. Would definitely stay again and for longer next time. Fantastic view at breakfast. Great food and breakfast options. Scottish breakfast of course but also eggs Benedict and Florentine and others. Dinner was also 5 stars. They obviously have a great chef on staff. They also had usb charging on both sides of the bed. They really did think of everything.

Staff were fantastic. Pleasant, polite, helpful. I'm running out of superlatives. Can't say enough about how great it was. Best hotel in our 6 week trip around the UK. Only one so far who knows how to cook bacon / ham and tattie scones. Brilliant 🌞
