We love staying at this hotel and have been a few times now. It is a great location and really good if you are visiting the Warner Brothers Studios as it is just a short taxi/Uber ride away. The staff here are really good and a quick nod to Harry who served us at dinner both nights we were there. He was lovely and looked after us well. The rooms are large, clean and the water pressure in the shower was the best I think of any hotel I've ever stayed in. Also the chef does an incredible job as the menu and food was really, really wonderful. Will definitely stay here again.

What a lovely little place this is. Close to warner bros harry potter and only 30 minutes into london (5 min walk to the station) the staff were very accommodating i had a great stay!

Breakfast was stunning! The room was a family room for five of us and it was beautiful - one huge room and then a second bedroom for the children. Ben was wonderful- our flight was delayed and it was the middle of the night when we got in but he had left a key out and given instructions on how to get in - we really appreciated it
