Very nice, comfortable guesthouse in a quiet location in Bolnisi, run by a nice Russian-American couple in love ;) The owner came for the weekend and he was a nice guy too. I was the only guest at the time, we spent some nice time together, pruned the vineyard, went for a trip to Bolnisi Sioni cathedral and Tsughrughasheni church, watched a movie and had some of the owner's wine, which was delicious. I originally came for one night, but I finally stayed four nights. I had the whole first floor just for me, so I enjoyed complete privacy and comfort. Despite the bad weather, rainy and very cold for mid-April, I enjoyed a great relaxing stay here. Thank you for everything!

We had an amazing time. It’s the perfect place to truly disconnect—there’s no mobile reception around the cottage, just lakes, a river, hills, a crackling wood-burning fireplace, and complete peace. The cottage sits on a large fenced-in property, so you feel completely safe while being immersed in nature. The cottage is even nicer than on pics and has everything you need for a comfortable stay: air conditioning, a dishwasher, a microwave, and a full set of barbecue utensils and crockery. We spent our days going on bird watching, long walks, visiting the waterfall with super friendly host dog Donna, strolling along the river, and playing outside with our child. Sandro, the owner, and Jacques, the caretaker, were incredibly attentive and even arranged a comfortable transfer back to Tbilisi for us. We’re already planning to come back in the spring to see everything in bloom.

There is beautiful and cozy place in the forest in 30 minutes from Tbilisi. We had wonderful weekend here enjoying the nature and the house. House has big panoramic windows through which you can enjoy the view of trees and the sky by the fireplace or from bed. It's interior very bright and stylish with a lot of art and details. You can find everything you need and more in the house: all the tableware, bathroom supplies, cooking places. Everything worked properly. And the house is very warm even in winter and very clean. And of course it was a pleasure to be Nino's guest, she was very hospitable. It was very interesting to hear about the winery and taste the great wine.

Amazing location! The area is surrounded by mountains, the teepees stand among the trees, and there's a small stream just a few steps away. It's incredibly beautiful in autumn, and looks like even midsummer there's enough shade. The last few minutes of the road are tricky, especially on the way back (uphill) and for a heavy car, but our minivan made it =) The venue is very beautifully decorated, recreating an atmosphere of an open-air festival. Teepees are located perfectly - close to each other and to the toilet/ shower facilities (clean and spacious, by the way), but with sense of privacy due to proper use of landscape curves and trees. They are quite comfortable inside and have their separate chill-out areas in front with tables, benches and a hammock. We booked a sauna, which by itself is nothing special (a small dry Finnish one), but it comes with a fireplace right next to it and a whirlpool bath big enough for a company of 6, but shallow enough so that 3 y.o. kids can stand safely in the middle and don't need to be held constantly. The combination is really great for having a nice time with friends and family. Breakfast was very satisfying for both adults and kids (eggs, salad, bread with amazing butter with herbs, bacon and drinks), plus there are vegetarian and vegan options available. We haven't ordered from the restaurant during the day, but it looked promising. Overall, we really regretted booking for just one night! No one wanted to leave, and we are definitely coming here again!
