The property, area, home, and family is the absolutely beautiful..better than staying IN the town because its scenic and lovely and very easy to get the bus or hitchhike to the beach or market. Hotel Lumi’s owners, Michael & Nino and their family, were very accommodating, friendly and immediately responded to our inquiries & requests! They made sure of our comfort & helped with anything we needed: carrying our luggages up & down the stairs, to/from our room, & helping with our transport to the bus station & next destination. Hotel Lumi is fairly new, as such, everything is super clean, very spacious, beautiful huge closet, a table & 2 chairs, 2 of the most comfortable beds ever & cleanest and warmest bed linens!!!! It even has towel warmer in the bathroom & an A/C-Heating unit besides the heater by the window!!! Nino cooked us 2 fabulous breakfast, extra charge. There’s even a restaurant in front of the hotel, shopping mall & grocery stores within 10-minute walk. Hotel Lumi is the best private accommodation we’ve ever had in Georgia - fr Tbilisi, Kutaisi, Zugdidi, & Mestia so far!

This room was booked for my driver. He'd stayed at several hotels in Zugdidi prior, some of which were more expensive. After his stay, he declared that Guest House Prague was the best hotel in Zugdidi. Enough said.

Location of the hotel was in the very heart of Anaklia. Liked it very much. Hosts were amazing and they were very warm to us. Definitely visit this place on the following season. Room was clean, comfortably arranged.

I was breaking up the long drive between Tbilisi and Mestia and was just looking for a place to stay. This is the best location because it is right across the river from where the van drops you off and right across from the area where you get the bus for Mestia. The hotel staff were pleasant and the hotel was very clean for a great price. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to or from Tbilisi/Mestia.
