Hotel has very beautifull location and amazing views on the city and forest too. It is stanning at night. We have arrived early and they gave us free early check in about 2 hours earlier before scheduled time. It was my collegues birthday and hotel reception helped us to surprise her. Room was spacious had very unique design. Hotel has very gracefull lobby area which seems to have perfect blend of georgian traditional decor and contemporary style. Even elevators have small Egiption symbols on them. I would love to visit in summer.

It was a very comfortable stay. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. We even asked for Turkish coffee, and they kindly offered it to us free of charge. They allowed us to check in early at 12:30 PM and made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. Everything was also very clean. I highly recommend this place!

Ratio price/quality is more than great. We were staying here for just 1 night, but I would like to stay much longer. Service and staff are excellent. View from the rooftop is amazing from all sides. And also a bus stop in 2 minutes by walk and 10-15 minutes by bus and you are in the center of batumi. The next day, we went to the center of batumi to the orbi buildings and rented an apartment there, but the thing is that we regretted it. the BST Hotel is much better, cleaner, more comfortable, and more convenient than the other options around batumi, even if compared with places that are two times expensive. Big room with own mini kitchen inside the room, and great working air conditioner. I didn't take photos of the room and buildings itself, but I took a photo of the view from the rooftop, which I attached to this review

The cleanness and ease of use of the all equipment it’s taking care of and everything works perfectly fine.

Comfortable beds and quiet surroundings

The best view of the sea. We booked a Junior Suite and it was one of the best rooms we stayed. The staff is super helpful and attentive. Breakfast had so many options which made easy for vegetarians like us. Thank you for your hospitality.

Everything was perfect. I felt like a nobleman from ancient times

Location, good staff, and balcony.

The warmth of the people managing the property is exceptional. Never met such sweet people who are always smiling and ensuring you enjoy everything. Right from the big boss (owner) to the entire staff are the best we have come across in the last 7 days of our vacation in Georgia

This is a small and convenient hotel in the center of the city. The location is excellent, it’s right in the centre, close to the sights, still at a quiet place. There are shops, pharmacies and exchange offices around. There are many restaurants 5 minutes walk at the main road along sea. We booked two rooms, both were very clean and well furnished also for longer stays. The bathroom was clean and nicely decorated. There’s a WiFi and it worked well and reliability. Breakfast was included. We enjoyed our stay here and would be happy to come back.

The room was very well, quite spacious, air condition running well, the bed was very comfortable, the wifi reception was good. There was even a terrace at the same floor where you could have a good view of the cable cars and the mountain and the city. The bathroom was very big and the hot water was running very smoothly.

Good rooms, with outdoor kitchen.

The rooms were cozy and comfortable. We appreciated the possibility to order breakfast additionally and to use a common kitchen and dining room with amazing view from a balcony. Ms. Lana was very kind and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

The staff were very friendly, helpful, and welcoming. They responded to all our requests and always did everything with a smile. The breakfasts were delicious and had a good variety of food. The location was great — not far from the sea and within easy reach of the city center. Overall, we had a pleasant stay and really enjoyed our time at the hotel.
