Great and friendly place. Clean and spotless! Baia the host was really nice and polite (and beautiful) and her mum Ia cooked a great breakfast full of traditional awesome food! Ia is also a famous artist in Georgia and was great to spend some time talking to her (and lucky too :) ) Thank you and hope to come back again 🙏🏻

My mom and I had a very nice quality time together being surrounded by the oak trees. The best part was that we were literally in the forest in our small but cozy and comfortable cabin. If you enjoy walking in the woods, this is definitely your place. Everything was clean and ready for us to enjoy our stay. The hosts were nice.

My one-day stay at Kass Land Resort was truly a pleasant experience from start to finish. The journey itself, driving a rented car through breathtaking scenery on the way to the resort, set the tone for a beautiful day ahead. The resort is perfectly located, surrounded by stunning natural views. I stayed in a well-appointed room with a small balcony overlooking the Diamond Bridge, which added a touch of magic to the stay. The lobby was tastefully furnished, reflecting excellent quality and design. There were plenty of activities to enjoy — walking across the Diamond Bridge to the canyon area, trying the cable bike for a burst of adrenaline, and exploring the nearby go-kart track. Although the water activities were closed due to the season, the available options were more than enough to make the day exciting. The resort complex also includes an indoor swimming pool, sauna, and steam room, all very clean and well maintained. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of fresh choices — so many that it was hard to decide what to try first! I also had the Khachapuri at the Diamond Restaurant, which was unforgettable. If there’s one point for improvement, it would be the reception staff, who could benefit from more professionalism and better English communication skills. Overall, it was an excellent experience — a perfect blend of adventure, comfort, and relaxation. I would definitely recommend Kass Land Resort for anyone visiting Georgia.
