I was extremely satisfied with the hotel’s service. The airport pickup was perfectly on time, even though I arrived late at night, and I truly appreciated that. At the reception, I was welcomed with great kindness and hospitality, and they offered me a complimentary cheese platter with wine, a very warm and thoughtful gesture. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a very nice view, which made my stay even more enjoyable. A big thank you to the driver, Goga, to Sofia (with the beautiful Greek name), to the lady responsible for housekeeping, and to the entire staff for their excellent hospitality and positive energy. I will definitely choose this hotel again!

The owners at this hotel were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay, to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble. They even didn’t charge me for washing my laundry The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable. There’s bakery with so many delicious cakes next door and also big supermarket across the road on your left. The location is great, not too far to the centre.

The Elemtega Hotel is a super place to stay in Kutaisi. Clean, modern, the owners are very helpful and polite. Fully equipped kitchen, very clean and modern bathroom. Super place advised for everyone who visit Kutaisi. Thank you the owners for the very pleasant and relaxing stay!

The hotel was amazing! It exceeded my expectations, Our plane was delayed for an hour and we arrived late at night and the lady on the reception was waiting for us for a check-in. She also agreed to make us a breakfast early in the morning and the breakfast was excellent. The atmosphere of the hotel is super nice. Everything in the room was new and super clean. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Beautiful property overlooking the river. Lovely breakfast and the most welcoming host Khakha - bloody loved this man. True Georgian hospitality. We’ve all been to kutaisi a number of times. I’ll never stay anywhere else in the future - Sanapiro is perfect.

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the beds were exceptionally comfortable. We had a very late check-in at 2 a.m., and the owner kindly accommodated us—thank you so much for that! He even arranged for an early breakfast on the day of our early departure, which was incredibly thoughtful. The breakfast itself was delicious. We highly recommend staying at this hotel.

My stay at Hotel Proza was a genuinely pleasant surprise. The room was spotlessly clean, tastefully designed, and you can clearly see that attention was paid to every detail. The bed was extremely comfortable, the bathroom modern, and everything worked exactly as it should — which, as frequent travelers know, is already a luxury. I especially want to mention the restaurant. The menu is refined and thoughtfully curated, the dishes are delicious and beautifully presented. Breakfast was varied and fresh, and dinner had a calm, elegant atmosphere that made the whole experience even better. The service was professional and attentive without feeling overly formal — you truly feel like a welcomed guest, not just another booking number. Hotel Proza is definitely the kind of place you want to return to.

The rooms were spacious and the bed was super comfortable. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. The restaurant (Doli) was also superb.

Very nice decoration aestheticly and warm spaces. Parking on the street was easy. Checking-in and out was also very easy. Finding the place was effortless.

The hotel was in good place. It's was clean, staff was helpful. Breakfast was same in every day but you can decide what you'd like to eat day by day and you can mix or change it. The room was enough big, Bathroom was clean. We're satisfied with the hotel. Next time we come back if we are there

Spacious spaces, modern appliances, next to a supermarket, not far from the center. Easy to communicate with the owner. Very good price.
