Everything! It has very comfortable beds, a nice bathroom and then a kitchen provided outside with a beautiful space for eating. We stayed here before hiking to Udziro lake and it was perfect! The family is so lovely and we couldn’t recommend it more!

We loved this place, it it has fantastic views (almost unbelievably good!). The villa itself is well kitted out and comfortable. All the facilities you could possibly need (and more - a sauna!). If you're the kind of people that love a getaway in nature, I couldn't recommend this more highly. Two things that helped us during our stay: 1) Here is a pin to find the location of the villa, it is more accurate than the location on Booking.com https://maps.app.goo.gl/sttmapsqdy8qBWnp9?g_st=aw 2) We also spent a bit of time researching a local walk that we could do in a day and found this walk to be great. Very friendly host, very clean, kitchen available with free coffee, tea etc. The lady made laundry for us two times for free. The host gave us free lift to marshrutka station on the following day.

Absolutely magical place in Racha! The view of the mountains and river is breathtaking — like something out of a movie. The house is brand new, stylish, and spotless, with every little detail carefully thought out. From the beautiful tableware to the record player, everything feels curated with love. We spent our evenings listening to music, drinking wine, and soaking in the peaceful silence, broken only by the gentle sound of the river. One of the best places we've ever stayed — pure tranquility and beauty.
