Not only a Hotel - it became my Georgian home. Probably the best hotel you can get in Stepantsminda! The hotel is relatively new, very stylishly furnished & clean rooms & bathrooms and is lovingly run by a family. Very warm and extremely helpful - you immediately feel welcome. Thank you for the wonderful days with you, for your amazing hospitality, for your support with the questions I had and the many small kind gestures! You made my stay perfect! I stayed here for 5 nights and was very happy to come back to the hotel every time. I can only warmly recommend the hotel!

Our room was gorgeous! The space, the facilities and the view from the terrace. Modern but cozy at the same time. The ladies who managed the hotel were friendly and professional. Breakfast was excellent and we had a wide selection. We had every thing we needed to unwind. And we did! I'm definitely going to miss this view when I go back to my flat little country!

This hotel offers a more European-style standard, combining comfort with excellent service. What made our stay truly wonderful was the outstanding cuisine and the incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful waitress, who made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our visit. The food was absolutely delicious, with every meal prepared to perfection. The views from the rooms were breathtaking and made every morning and evening special. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great food, and spectacular scenery.

We only stayed at 1740 for one night but we really enjoyed our stay and the excellent hospitality there. Our room was very comfortable and the balcony looked up at the impressive Mount Kazbek. Nice family-run hotel!

I liked everything about this property the view , the location , the management everything is good, please note its a family run management , and Caty along with her mother is managing the hotel. She was really helpful and pro active in addressing all our needs. The hotel is right at the base of the Mount Elias and the view of Mount Kazbegi and Gergeti Trinity Church was panaromic , the best view so far in my tourist history.

I stayed at Kazbegi Story and it was amazing.

I stayed at Kazbegi Story and it was amazing. One of the best places I have ever stayed. Nika was welcoming and kept in contact to make sure I was happy. The accommodation was perfect in every way. Even better than the photos. A piece of heaven.

Great place. Don't rush.

Great place. Don't rush. I think it makes sense to spend 3 full days. 1 day for Trusso, 1 day for Juta and 1 day for the Church + some chill time. If you are a serious trekker, explore the Gergeti Glacier trek. But otherwise, 3 days is just right

Exceptional snow mountain view from any location in Kazbegi.

Exceptional snow mountain view from any location in Kazbegi. Nice trekking from Dzhuta village to the lakeside peaks. Although it can be rainy and wet most of the day, the stunning view is still worth every bit of effort stepping in deep snow in high latitude.

We loved the nature. The fresh air. We loved the people we met they were nice and accommodating. We loved natural water . Best place to view the beautiful mountains. Highly recommend. It was easy to go aswell from and back to tiblisi.

In hindsight, I would have stayed a day less but that had nothing to do with Kazbegi but the place I stayed. After seeing Rooms Hotel and dining there, I could definitely stay there for a week and enjoy Kazbegi region. Also, if I go again, I'd probably rent a car in Tbilisi and drive there. Roads are OK without snow and the traffic is not bad at all. Spring and early autumn should be really good in Kazbegi. I liked the close by Sno Village a lot, lovely place.

This was one of the best hotels we stayed in in Georgia. It’s very clean and modern, the room we had with a balcony had a lot of space and the bed and sheets were so comfortable. The view of the church and mountains was nice too and it was easy to walk to restaurants and hikes. It was a great place to stay! The hotel kept in touch and asked if we needed anything, we were even able to do some laundry! I also left a jumper behind and they went to great lengths to help me get it back which I really appreciated!

The best hotel in Kazbegi, if not in Georgia (and we stayed in many). The rooms are big, clean and extra comfortable. The views are fantastic, no matter the room you book. Excellent restaurant on the spot. Fabulous SPA and heated (like really heated) pool and amazing breakfast with great quality food. But most importantly, a fantastic staff, especially Kamil at the reception, who helped us in difficult times. Thank you to all the Step Inn team for your kindness, we will be back for sure. ❤️❤️❤️

Darchi is a newly built hotel on the south side of Stepansminda. We had one of the large rooms with mountain view towards the southern slopes of Mt Kuro (not Mt.Kazbegi if that matters to you). The room was clean and light and had basic amenities like a water cooker. Breakfast was served to the table in a spacious restaurant downstairs and had decent variability (we stayed there for a whole week!) The staff try their best with English although you'd be better off speaking Georgian or Russian.

Rooms Kazbegi is my favorite place to visit in Georgia. Do splurge on a room with a mountain view of Kazbegi, you won't regret it. The deck offers the best view of the mountains and is a wonderful place for a meal, a cocktail, or just for taking some photos. The food and cocktails are amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. You can also book various excursions at reception.

a great hotel, perfectly located. The heater works very well which is a blessing when temperatures are around 2° or 3° during the night.Shower is hot and powefull. The lady in charge is fantastic. Gentle, helpfull, friendly, smiling. Her english is limited, my georgian is nothing but with google translation we have been able to communicate. All in all a great stay !
