The accommodation is beautiful, the house and rooms are very nicely furnished and you can see that the owners do everything with love and joy. The house is surrounded by a beautiful garden and outdoor seating area. The owner is building a swimming pool and a wellness area, soon to be available. The owners family prepared us a great dinner and breakfast on the terrace with a view. We felt really at home here! Thank you for a wonderful time and we recommend it to everyone!

We had an exceptionally good stay here, there was a fully stocked kitchen, spacious bathroom and even a living room with a big TV, everything was clean and cozy. The owners were very friendly and could not even enter the guest house when guests were there. In my opinion this is a great choice for a layover or a couple of days to fully relax. Out of all our stays in Georgia, this was the best one.

Clean, cozy, everything works as it should. There is hot water and round-the-clock heating during the cold season. The mobile Internet catches perfectly. Check-in is no problem, the hospitable hosts are in touch. The location is convenient for trips to beautiful Tsalka Lake. The apartment is calm and quiet. A very kind and affectionate dog lives on the property.

This place is amazing. The host is very welcoming, and you'll also get a taste of a real Georgian town. I've never stayed anywhere like this cottage before. I would recommend it to anybody, at least just for one night. The host is very kind and very flexible about check-in and check-out. Very soon after we arrived, she and her daughter welcomed us with tea and khachapuri, which was also amazing. I think everyone needs to stay in this cottage and experience that view at least once in their lives - so go do it!

We stayed here for one night and it was very good. The space is very big and has everything you need. There is a big garden and the location is just a few minutes drive from Tsalka.
