The location of the hotel couldn't be better - it's right in the center of Cayenne. The staff was helpful, I loved the breakfast and my room. Also quite importantly, the price was affordable, especially considering the high standard of the hotel and of the service (to be honest, I expected something worse).

The room was very comfortable and clean, the facilities (including both swimming pools and the restaurants) were fantastic. Breakfast buffet included in the price - wonderful.

I don't understand some of the reviews. It was clean, the staff were nice, the park opposite is where people play petanque, the bed was comfortable, Nice showers and bathroom. Nothing wrong, really.
