Everything is good except that the connecting road from the main one to the hotel is very bad It is a short distance so the ower can easily do that.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at The Haven, Kumasi and it was a delightful experience . The hotel's welcoming atmosphere and attentive staff immediately set the tone for a comfortable stay. The rooms were nicely decorated and clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The staff's friendliness and prompt service added to the overall positive experience. Overall, my stay at The Haven, Kumasi was a memorable one, thanks to the exceptional service, comfortable accommodations, and convenient location. When I booked online, I booked just 2 days because I didn't know what to expect. But when we got there, we felt right at home, so we stayed an extra day. The entire edifice is very clean, and the staff is as well.

Nothing. We had to find another hotel because it was really bad. The reviews must have been done by friends not genuine guests. Please take this off your listing. It is not good for your reputation. Luckily we got there early and was able to find alternative accommodation
