One of the best places I visited in whole Africa (!). Amazing beach, clean, very little tourists, wonderful family who helps You with everything from preparing great meals to organizing laundry or any logistics. Recharged my batteries and got well deserved rest.

Cannot get enough of Laughing Goat hostel! Nancy and the rest of the staff are so kind and will help you with whatever you need. The rooftop is stunning, a perfect place for yoga and meditation and to chill or sunbathe if you want to. My room was absolutely fabulous - fan, balcony, private bathroom and mosquito net, all for very good value.

The breakfast was good, location was perfect. The hotel is between takoradi and Sekondi which made trips to both cities so easy. Staff was amazing always wanting to help for little to no money. Great reception and the rooms were exceptionally neat and spacious. Would definately stay there again with my family

Facility is very clean and nice and also the guy there was very supportive and friendly. I will book there again whenever I visit Takoradi. Bedroom, kitchen and lounge are all nice and neat.

Go to the river and find a canoe birding tour through mangrove rooted green jungle. Long beach, cool regae music. Party at full moon if you are lucky. Area big enough to have distance to party ground for sleeping. Carismatic owner. Self cooked big and delicious meals, real coffee and big variety of teas. Cold beer and bar, big parking area
