The rooms were just for our needs and they were spotlles clean, and i've been in many places in Greece but nothing like this. Very friendly hosts and thank you Teo for our stay. Villa Kim е с изглед към залива Ахладиес и се намира на пет минути пеша от плажа. Perfect location! It takes just a few minutes walk to the beach. We traveled with families of 3 brothers, with 6 adults and 5 kids. Dragging this group anywhere was always a challenge. Luckily, with beach and tavernas so close by, we didn't have to go anywhere else to entertain the group. One of the families decided to join us the last minute and this property was fully booked at the time. Kim was so nice and rented out her own flat in the same property so all 3 brothers' families can stay together. The villa has some nice environmental friendly feature. AC won't turn on until all windows and doors are completely shut. For those of us who live in older houses, if you are used to turning on the AC as soon as you walk in from 40 degrees outdoor and then closing doors and windows as you walk around the house, don't panic if the AC doesn't turn on :). Overall highly recommended. We'd like to stay here again if come back to Skiathos. Thank you Kim!
