It was of good new furnishings . Everything we need for a small self catering apartment with sea views from our small courtyard. Umbrella and table and chairs provided. Our host was so helpful. Collected us from the port and retuned us as needed.

At a distance of 1.2 mi from Limani Beach and Anafi Port, Ostria is traditionally built in Cycladic style. It offers self-catered accommodations with air conditioning.
Popi and her husband Matheus are perfect hosts: easy to communicate with (also very patient with my basic greek), helpful and very kind. The apartment is located in the Hora and has a terrace with an amazing - stunning - breathtaking view of the sea, the islands, the monolith, and the port. Indeed one of the best view you can possibly have from the Hora. We found the apartment was comfortable and very clean and the kitchen equipped with everything we could need. We enjoyed so much our stay that we wish we could have stayed longer. We hope to come back soon. Thank you!

Our host was great to arrange transportation from the ferry to our place. The only issue we had was that we did not speak the same language as our host. That made some things challenging but we managed just fine. Our host was very friendly and the accommodations were very nice. I would highly recommend visiting this island if you are looking for a slow relaxing pace. We loved our time there and would definitely return..

one of the most hauntingly beautiful islands of the aegean sea. The people there are very kind and friendly. Not a place for those who love wild partying, but a perfect place to relax and meditate. Hopefully it will remain as serene as it is.
This part of the review is for the sister-property in Santorini, Suites of the Gods. We had some itinerary changes that were graciously accommodated by the reservations management (Fay) team in Santorini. Athena, who manages the front desk was very gracious and quick to accommodate our requests and made sure we were comfortable while our rooms were being prepared. The view from the Sky Bar is exceptional and the sunset view is fantastic. Would highly recommend this property!
Anafi is a beautiful island, I spent a wonderful vacation. The village is small and has everything you desire, all the people are very relaxed and friendly. The beaches are good, the waters TOP. Only the wind was blowing with 30 - 40 km/h, a bit too loud for me, but at the beach is was usually not so windy!
Anafi, so difficult to reach, so worth doing it. Small, 200 people in the unique village. I went to climb the Kalamos mount to reach Panagia Kalamiotissa and I could do it. It was ...astonishing, beautiful, amazing, unique. I felt a good athmosphere, I think it's good it's not so easy to reach.
The farthest Cycladic island (from Piraeus). Absolutely superb! Beauty: natural and man-made. Few tourists. Difficult to reach, no daily excursions from Santorini. Plan the trip to Anafi in advance, but also check the itineraries of the ferry companies - they change, sometimes for the following day. There is a sightseeing activity which is an absolute must: a hike (2hrs) to the monastery at the top of Mt Kalamos, the second largest monolithic rock in Europe after Gibraltar. Put on shoes for the hardest of conditions (very difficult rocky steep pathway) and do it only in the early morning or late afternoon. The way back not much easier. Feel like a champion when finished!
Anafi is a gem. Like being in a time warp from the 80's. Difficult ferry timings, hard to get to, that's why it's still a gem. One of the few best kept secrets. Do not spoil if you come. All of the island is under protection as a natural environment.
