The Seaview apartment is fantastic. It is spacious and very clean. We felt immediately at home. When we arrived, we picked up the keys at the Taverna which is just below the apartment. Everyone there is very very friendly, attentive and it is a great place to relax. There was a bottle of prosecco, orange juice and some water in the fridge on our arrival. The sunsets from either one of the Tavernas (there are 3 in total) or from your own balcony are sensational and definitely worth spending your time on the west coast of the island. In the morning we just enjoyed having a coffee in the beach bar opposite the apartment. It really is a great location for relaxation. On our last day we mentioned that our flight was only in the evening and we asked if we could have a later check out. They offered us to stay in the apartment during the whole day which was absolutely perfect and allowed us to enjoy another beautiful afternoon. Very appreciated!! Best wishes, Patricia & Gunther

Mr.and Mrs. Valais were very kind and welcoming. Valerie was also very attentive and made sure that l enjoyed my stay. Julie at the pool was very attentive and came to my rescue when l was feeling dehydrated and almost passed out due to the very high temperatures. Thanks to her, l quickly recovered myself just in time to drive to the airport to return back home. John, in charge of the security at night, was also nice and assisted me with opening the door after midnight as l had mobility issues walk with my cane. I am very grateful to all the staff for making my stay so wonderful and memorable. I will recommend Valais Hotel to all my friends and family. God willing,I am looking forward to coming back for Easter next year.

Lovely, clean, spacious room. Nice surroundings with pine trees and view over pool to the mountains. Pool was large and lovely. Staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Breakfast and lunch in pool bar were really good.

The room was amazing, air conditioning as well was very strong, so you would need only 1 hour of cooling before sleep then you'd have a cool room until morning, so definitely worth the few extra Euros. The balcony with pool access was dreamy. The bed was very cozy and comfortable. The staff was very kind and helpful with any of my questions - they even offered a transfer from the airport, much cheaper than anything else around. The facilities were great, there is a big swimming pool accessible for others as well, but our pool was a bit more secluded so it was only the residents there who used it. In the middle of the big pool there is a bar/restaurant, with wonderful servers and nicely decorated. Food/drinks were high quality and the prices so cheap, I almost couldn't believe it. Every day there was a cleaning service for the room, with clean sheets and clean towels. Definitely coming back and highly recommend.
