Georgia from the Front Office Manager went way above and beyond to arrange a private Mama Mia tour when the boat tours wouldn’t go to the church due to wind. She is incredible and kind. The entire staff was friendly and accommodating. Hotel is extremely clean and has a beautiful beach and it is very walkable to the town.  You cannot go wrong with this hotel. Great value!

We picked the hotel at random, but was it a lucky choice! The staff, from reception to waiters, to maintenance, were brilliant! Devoted, helpful, smiling and friendly. Location was just perfect! Only 10 minutes away from all the buzz and fun, yet quite and relaxing from it all. Always a parking space available. Last but not least, their kitchen is better than most of the tavernas downtown! And there are dozens and dozens of great options all over the island! Thank you!!

It was clean and has a hood location for proximity to the town and the airport. The WiFi is good. The room is a good size and the fittings new and quite new. The desk and chair make it a good place to work. The bed was comfortable and the water hot.

First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars.

First of all this accommodation is far from being 5 stars. Rooms have not been renovated for years, the bathroom is so old and full of mold, needs an urgent upgrade. The hotel does not have a fitness, you have to go to another hotel if you want to use it. We booked a Suite with Sea View but upon arrival they told us it is no longer available and they give us another room for the first 3 days then we can move to the one we booked. Staff was very nice at first, but then they ignore us and not answering the phone or messages. Unfortunately, we had to leave 2 days earlier because of terrible news, my husband’s dad passed away. They didn't do anything to partially refund us. Do yourself a favour and avoid this place at all costs.

This is a pretty little beach and is excellent for swimming.

This is a pretty little beach and is excellent for swimming. A pair of sun beds and an umbrella is only 15€. There is a beach bar and a restaurant at the beach. I can't vouch for the food as the beach was very close to my hotel so I just ate there, but the restaurant appears to be quite popular. The water taxi stops at this beach and goes straight to the old port of Skiathos in around 20 minutes. It costs 4.50€ and is a very peaceful little voyage (as long as the other tourists are behaving themselves).

There was an issue with the AC in my original suite- the Manager gave us a new suite with upgrade to half board and access to the other suite pending AC repair- the team were excellent in resolving and compensating for the initial AC problems to ensure we had a wonderful stay- It was also wonderful to see the staff members coming from different backgrounds and abilities showing the ethics and compassion adopted at the hotel. Thank you

Spacious room, and spacious balcony overlooking the bay. Great water pressure in the shower. Very comfortable bed. Bar/restaurant also had the view over the bay. Easy access to the beach. Good service from the staff.

The location is close to the best beaches and attractions. Boats are available for rent on the beach next to the villa, this is very convenient. Having two bathrooms is a big plus.
