Friendly area, the 3 food places that stood out were Zeus street food (Gyros), food box (Gyros) and Rossodi Sera. The latter was a family run authentic Italian restaurant and the loveliest owners. The best pasta and pizza we’ve ever had. We returned a further 2 more times and was provided with the music playlist as I thought it was SUCH a good vibe for dinner. You have many bus stops around Kolymbia which makes it easy to get to all the great sight seeing spots. It takes around an hour to get to old town which is worth it for €2.80pp.

Small resort with local bus service available to access the rest of the island. You can see the town in a day. Great for fly and flop holiday. We loved to eat at F&B Experience. Be prepared for the windy island we had up to 35k winds. Mostly French, German and Polish guests with only a few English, we like that.

Kolimibia is fine.
Kolimibia is fine. It is however an excellent base to explore Rhodes, Faliraki, Lindos. They are all beautiful locations. The beach bar is Kolimbia is fabulous. The best places to eat is the authentic Greek taverns. There are two taverns just outside of the town enroute to seven springs. You will need a car. Kolimbia is a quiet spot but not too far away is Faliraki which has a busier nightlife. Lindos is a must. If possible do Lindos and Rhodes at night. St.Pauls bay is one of the most beautiful bays in the world.

I liked everything: the grounds, the hotel itself is very cosy and clean, the staff is wonderful and very helpful, the atmosphere is amazing, the food selection. I hope the owners appreciate the staff, because they are an asset. You don’t have to worry at all, no noise, always a free sunbed, clean pool, awesome mountain views and super friendly hosts. Definetely a hit if you want to have a calm and nice vacation. So much better than big hotels! We also recommend to go and climb the Kolymbia rock :D We did it and it was highlight for me as we had a really lovely surprise there.
