Quietly located right on Livadia Bay, Faros Rooms offers a restaurant and snack bar. It features air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and terrace overlooking the Aegean Sea. Everything was excellent. The quiet location by the sea not far from the town of Livadi abut far enough to guarantee peace and relaxation, the staff, the very welcoming hosts. Mr D. Koukakis, the manager is exceptionally efficient, caring and welcoming and so are his parents. A very nice family run hotel. Very clean and spacious rooms, private chairs and sun umbrellas at the guests' disposal in a small, nice beach in front of the hotel. Breakfast and dinner were very good at the very well taken care of shaded terrace.
The newly built Elli Bay Hotel enjoys a sea-side location, very close to the main port of the island of Tilos. The modern furnished apartments feature balcony with view to the sea. Excellent location, right next to everything in Livadia. Mrs. Katerina is an exceptional host! Do not hesitate to book this property if you're planning to visit Tinos. You will not regret your stay there!
The Tilos Fantasy is a complex of self-catering studios located in Livadia. The distance from the port is 1640 feet and the distance from the beach is 1312 feet. First- I love the family who runs the hotel. Own, run and work there! Very, very lovely, friendly and nice people. Second- i like the hotel, the room and the garden. And i like very much the location- very quiet!
Just 98 feet from Livadia Beach in Tilos, Irinoula Apartments feature a lush garden full of colorful flowers, and provides free transfer from the port. The apartment was comfortable, spacious and spotless. Seva was very helpful and made us feel welcome. It was a lovely and peaceful place to stay. Tilos is a wonderful island, The beach in Livadia was perfect with no music, watersport activity or no intrusive sellers - only a local farmer selling fruit and vegetables from Tilos. It would be nice if Irinoula apartment had som sunbeds for their customer on the beach.
Located a few yards from a small beach, Antoniadi Marina Rooms offers air-conditioned rooms with free Wi-Fi and terrace overlooking the Livadia Bay. The village with shops and taverns is 0.6 mi away. Maria the host was amazing! The rooms were exceptionally clean, the view is amazing, and there's a secluded beach across the path. She's also super friendly and even offered to give me a ride. I highly recommend staying here. It's a great walk from the port to the property (about 20 minutes) and it's gorgeous! The wifi is also super! If you want to work remotely the speed and connection is great!
A step back in time. No airport and almost no organised tourism. Small local population with a everything close, so people soon get to know and greet you. Great beach for swimming, excellent local bakery, plenty of local restaurants - try the Tilos goat, really delicious. Do need to hire a car to see the rest of the island.
The hotel was not bad, but for three stars it was not at all very clean - especially the bathroom was smelly and so much mold and hair there. I have travelled quite a lot in two to three star hotels im Greece and this was well below standard. Also it was quite expensive for what it is and the pictures were a bit misleading. The bed was okay and clean but the mattress quite hard. The staff was very friendly and turned ac on for us.
Nice place for 2-3 days of relaxation. Easy going people, great and huge beach with crystal clear water and amazing trail paths to follow. Definitely try the local dishes, such as traditional lamp, calamari, shrimps, and local honey.
I was there 12 years ago. Meanwhile much was built in addition. But it is still relatively quiet, although not as quiet as before. Tourism is coming. Nevertheless well suited for a few relaxing days away from the crowds.
Livadia is an attractive bay, with the beach running all the way round. There are plenty of eating places and we found the standard to be good. Swimming was excellent, particularly at the Elidi Rock apartments. We walked the whole length of the bay, which was interesting. There are a number of small supermarkets, so most things are available, and we had no difficulty in self-catering. A bus service operates every day, which takes you to the capital Megalo Chorio, and onwards from there, and this is a good way of getting a feel for the island.
A pretty little harbour village with a few low rise places to stay and good tavernas sprinkled along the pebbly shore of the bay. There's very little here but the centre is charming and genuine, harking back to our first visits to the Dodecanese in the 90s. If you like real Greek food and true (not forced) hospitality you'll love Omonoia - a little cafe/taverna under the trees in the square. The village is warm and kind and you can gently sink into it. It's also a great base for exploring the whole island of Tilos which is particularly good for walking.
Marina is very friendly and service minded. She picked us up and dropped us off at the port even though we hadn't asked for it. She has a really good supermarket delivery service which is free. These services are very nice since the studios are hard to get to with suitcases and heavy water because of the many stairs. We also loved our balcony which was very big with two sunbeds, two chairs, a table and an umbrella. Close to many restaurants, supermarket and ocean. Tilos is a lovely island and marina's studios is a very nice place to be. I would definitely go back!

Everything was perfect. The best location, only 5 minutes from center of Livadia, direct on pebble beach. Nice, clean family hotel. Excellent staff. Tasty breakfast and lunch. Many possibilities have a dinner nearby. Highly recommended.
Nice cooked breakfast with yoghurt and fresh fruit. 100 metres from the beach. 150 metres from minimarket and 200 metres from the centre of the town.
We were there for three days. Could have stayed for a few more... for sure. Just a nice, chill place.
The overall spaciousness of the apartment & the view was amazing
