The facility was as described. There is everything you might need for a comfortable stay. Two bedrooms, a double bed and a spacious closet in one bedroom, a single bed and a sofa bed, plus closet in the other bedroom. There is a comfortable sitting room with flat tv and a kitchen equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals or coffee. There is also an a/c unit sufficient to cool down the whole place. Our experience at Sofia's house was actually a 2 night stay between two other bookings we had during our summer holiday. When our stay in Sani, Chalkidiki was over, and before our stay in Leptokarya starts, Sofia's house accommodated us comfortably, providing all the amenities needed, not only for a short stay like ours, but also for longer stays, if someone chooses so. There is a nice beach bar, "Robinsonas", some 15-17 mins drive from Sofia's house, and the beach is really good there. I must stress that Sofia and the girls were all very pleasant and polite and did their best to welcome us and have the house ready when we informed on an early check-in. The house is located a very short walk from the closest mini market and is set on a gentle slope, with the entrance located below street level, offering a sense of privacy and seclusion, thus not providing any view. The village is quite basic, nothing special about it. Keep in mind that in the whole area (including our starting point Sani, Chalkidiki and our latest stay Leptokarya) there is a raid of mosquitos. We were informed that "Jungle 4" mosquito repellent works good to keep them away, and after multiple mosquito bites using a citronella lotion that didn't work, we will try Jungle 4 today, but keep in mind that you better come equipped because at the local pharmacy the price of this repellent is almost triple of the price we could get it from online pharmacies back in Athens.

The hotel is nicely located in the small fishing town of Nea Agathoupoli which is very peaceful and quite with only 200 residents . The owner and staff are quite friendly and very helpful. They have a few nice seafood restaurants and a cute coffee at walking distance .
