We stayed at Sarris Hotel from July 25th to July 31st, and honestly, it was one of those places that makes you feel at home from the very first day. The hotel is beautiful and right by the sea, with a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Our room was cozy, clean and had everything we needed. It also had air conditioning, although we almost never used it because the room was always naturally fresh and comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped too, with everything you could possibly need. Breakfast was amazing every morning, with a great variety of both sweet and savory options. We especially loved that there was always something new to try each day, which made breakfast even more enjoyable. We also had dinner at the hotel once and the food was excellent. The fried fish was absolutely delicious, and the moussaka was exceptional (without a doubt, the best one we tried during our stay in Karpathos). But what made our experience truly special were Jenny and Poppi, mother and daughter. They were incredibly kind, welcoming and always available to help us with anything we needed. They made us feel like part of the family and added so much warmth to our holiday. It is rare to find a place that is not only beautiful, but also filled with such genuine hospitality. We left with wonderful memories and a little bit of sadness because we really did not want to leave. Thank you so much, Jenny and Poppi, for making our stay so special. We truly hope to come back one day.
