From the moment we arrived, every staff member we encountered was incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel like the most important guests. They even allowed us to check in early, and the manager personally inspected our room before we settled in. The hotel itself is stunning—modern, clean, and beautifully designed. It has a wonderful aroma that adds to the inviting atmosphere. Everything we needed to make our stay memorable was right at our fingertips. The pool area, including the kids' pool and play area, was perfect for our family. The warm, friendly energy of the whole place made us feel right at home. The bed was super comfortable and the breakfast was super diverse, delicious and abundant!

The pool with children’s equipments was fantastic! Safety guards were on the pool sides and the beach and they were very friendly and helpful!

I had a 26 hour layover in Guam after leaving Saipan, so this wasn't a planned visit. The suite was exceptional, tastefully designed and decorated and everything looked new. This was a very comfortable place to ride out my layover. I did explore the surroundings but there were no sidewalks in this area, so I didn't stray too far. There were shops within walking distance to buy meals and snacks. The staff were very helpful and allowed me to check-in early without an additional charge.

Overlooking Tumon Bay, the Royal Orchid Hotel features a shopping arcade, fitness centre, outdoor pool and hot tub. Guests have a choice of 4 dining options and most rooms have ocean views.

The breakfast buffet could be better. Simple items on the breakfast buffet, but for the price… I’d say it was worth it. The kids don’t really eat much. The facility is nice, noticed some upgrades. We weren’t able to swim in the pool because we checked out early. The condo side rooms could use upgrades & some renovations but other than that, everything was a great one night stay for us!

My family and I did a mini staycation. We all enjoyed our stay the rooms were nicw abd comfortable. All the staff we nice and greeting us everytime we passed them. They we're helpful and knowledgeable when we needed directions as well as any questions we had.

The location was good and close to stores. There was a super typhoon while we were there so we lost power and water but the host helped how she could by letting us shower at another unit that had water on before our unit did and being responsive throughout. The unit was comfortable and problems were addressed quickly (not the fault of the host). The Hyrule store nearby had simple necessities and PayLess is close by. A car is useful for getting round futher afield. Theres a washer and dryer for use by all units on site and free of charge to use.
