The apartment was clean, it had a balcony with an amazing view. The room also had a fully functioning kitchen. We highly recommend staying here and will definitely come back as soon as possible. This is the best location for you if you like smaller and quiet sea villages.

Okuklje Holiday Home is located in Okuklje and offers free bikes, a garden and a private beach area. The property was how I dreamed about it, and even more :) In a hidden fishing village around a small bay, not crowded. The small house is right at the shore, with own private beach and a kayak for two which we could not get bored with. It has two kitchens, one is outside in the big, covered, comfortable terrace where we basically lived, only moved into the house at night. The house is equipped with basically everything you can think of. The village is silent after 10 pm, only the seagulls are making some funny noise. Lot of locals live there, not only tourists which makes you feel at home. All three of us loved to live there and we did not want to leave at all. There are nice places to visit on the island but it is also great that you can visit Dubrovnik by ship, without parking issues, look around for a day and come back to peacefulness. The host was away but a local gentleman met us there and was very kind and helpful. Before we arrived I asked if they had an oven, and by the time we arrived they bought one!!

We loved the idyllic location, the direct access to the crystal clear sea and the lovely restaurants, all within a stones throw. Beautiful nature is all around you and the Nadine is situated in the best spot of the entire bay. Our host Vera was so generous and she offered so many treats - she was lovely and we felt totally at home. It was very hard to leave.
