Offering a-la-carte restaurant and bar Hotel Ostrea is located in Ston, just 328 feet from the entrance to Old Town and right next to the beach. Wonderful location with free parking. Very good breakfast and great coffee. The receptionist recommended us an excellent restaurant "Kapetanova kuca", made a reservation for dinner and provided for us one of their best tables.

Located in Ston, Villa Radić has city views and free WiFi, a 18-minute walk from Mali Ston Beach and 400 yards from Walls of Ston. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, the room was beautiful and really well equipped. The bed is one of the most comfy beds we've slept in!

Featuring sea views, Apartman I&M has accommodations with a terrace and a balcony, around 1.8 miles from Mali Ston Beach. It's like the other reviews have stated, the location and the views are incredible, the apartment is recently remodeled and is beautiful inside and the host was so very nice and accommodating. They even stocked the refrigerator for us with drinks (soda's, water, beer) and had a bottle of wine for us when we arrived. I have no idea how they can offer such a low rate for such a great experience. I will definitely stay here again some day if I'm ever lucky enough to return to Croatia. Wonderful!

A very pleasant stay at Sorgo Palace. Wonderful hospitality, generous breakfast, beautifully designed room with a comfortable bed and air conditioning. Easy public parking. Excellent kitchen too. And a good value overall. An ideal base for a short stay, or for several days in the region (we stayed four nights and enjoyed easy day trips to Mljet, the Mali Ston bay and around Peljesac). Apartmani Ponta has sea views, free WiFi and free private parking, located in Ston, 2.8 miles from Walls of Ston. This accommodation in Luka on Pelješac is just perfect. The location in a quiet village on the sea, literally 5 meters from a beach, with a view to die for from our balcony on the top floor. Stunning! Highly recommendable! Modern facilities, with everything fully equipped. The landlady is a very friendly person, helped us with laundry, and even brought us a delicious surprise! My tip: wake up at 5:30 to watch the sun rise over the sea from the balcony!
Historic town with impressive (and impressively long) walls. Ston is a much smaller, calmer, quieter, and more authentic version of many of the overly touristy walled old towns along the coast. Large sections are still not renovated however. The town has a few shops but mostly cafes/restaurants and locals housing. Lacks the luxury shops and glitz of Dubrovnik but also the crowds. A bit overpriced to walk the walls but presumably the entry fee helps with further repairs and restoration. The (still) working salt flats are interesting and they have opportunities to join in the harvesting. The city parking lots outside the walls are all paid which seems shortsighted and silly if they really want to bring in tourism.
history, great local wine and food, clear blue sea and no crowds; vacation as it should be :) the area is famous for oysters and mussels and many restaurants serve them from their own farms; not to be missed; the hike over the city walls (connecting Ston and Mali Ston) offers great views over the area, oyster farms, salt panes and isles...on both sides of the wall hike are very nice restaurants offer freshest sea food and light, local wine - just what you need on a hot day
Incredible place, very picturesque. It’s small so one night is ideal. Check buses before you go as only a few buses go into Ston centre (number 15 from Dubrovnik) - but leaving to go north by bus can be tricky. We had a lovely time and are grateful to a local who dropped us at the other bus station in Zaton Doli for our onward journey to Split!
Was such a nice small town feel after being in Dubrovnik for a couple days. We felt like locals in no time! Best tour we had our whole trip was in Ston! We could have spent our whole vacation based there and exploring the peninsula, stone wall and other sites. Easy distance to both Dubrovnik and Split, Korcula island and so much more!
We enjoyed walking the walls of Ston, the longest medieval wall in Europe. We visited the salt plans, very photogenic as the sunset started. We had a great meal in the pretty walled garden at Stagnum and spent a couple of days relaxing and swimming at Prapratna beach.
Awesome hotel, great staff, really good breakfast....if you have time go on the oyster bvoat. They will set it up for you.....oysters fresh out of the Adreatic sea, home made white wine and cheese. UFR

Ston
The owner is very very helpful. My bus dropped me off on the way to Dubrovnik and she came to pick me up outside of Ston. When I was leaving she also dropped me off in town. Everything was free of charge!! My bus wasn’t comming till the later afternoon, so she also let me stay untill 4pm even though checkout was 10am, so that I didn’t have to wait at a restaurant/elsewhere with my bags. No charge!! FYI..There is no Uber or Taxi in ston.
Ston
The apartment is just a 3 minutes' walk to the Ston center, so it's very easily accessible. The owner was very warm and welcoming, and went the extra mile to help us get to a bus stop where we were supposed to wait for our bus to Split. It was a public holiday and difficult to call a taxi at the moment I was leaving, so his help was invaluable and previous. The best host I have had during my stay in Croatia. Thank you!
Beautiful and quiet location if you don't like crowds, but still close enough to Ston (or other beautiful places) to go for a good and tasty lunch, ice cream, coffee... The house is very well equipped, so you do not need to bring anything, just bring your swimsuits :-) And if you need anything just ask Lucija, who is a really helpful and very kind host.
Ston
Very nice home that can be a base for visiting Ston, Mali Ston and Dubrovnik. It's a bit less spacious that one could tell from the pictures, but was roomy enough for our family of 4. It has all necessary equipment and is very clean. The owner was very friendly and lives nearby so always could come if we needed some assistance.
Ston
The owners of this property are SO nice. They keep the property immaculately clean. They are so welcoming and they have a lot of knowledge about the area. If I could do it all over, I would hands-down stay here again. Not only is the property nice / cozy / etc, but Ston is absolutely worth a visit on your Croatia tour.
Ston
The apartment was perfectly located in the centre of Ston, just a three minute walk from the bus station. The place was extremely clean and very big, with more rooms than we needed! It also had everything we could need to cook a meal, which we enjoyed at the outdoor table and chairs. A real gem of a place.
Ston
Felt like Idyllic country side location, with no noise (apart from a few cars around) and a small, but good view of the sea. A great add-on is the swimming pool with a nice area to relax around it. Also, its just a few kilometers away from Mali Ston village.
Adorable hotel with kind people! We loved the art that was hanging all over the hotel - beautiful! We enjoyed our stay in Mali Ston and were so grateful to try the legendary oysters!
Ston
Quiet appartment 20 feet from the sea front. Deck chairs ti enjoy the sun and sound of vawes and crickets. Mediteranean at its best. Close to Ston Wall. Perfect host!
