Located in Ston in the Dubrovnik-Neretva County region, Olive Garden has a patio and garden views. Clean and quiet away from the hustle of the tourist areas. A 5 minute walk to a small beach and restaurant; or a 5 minute drive to Ston and more restaurants. I would happily recommend this place to anyone wanting a night or two away.
Located in Ston, a 2-minute walk from Walls of Ston, Studio Apartman Kalinić offers free WiFi, a terrace and air conditioning. Guests staying at this apartment have access to a fully equipped kitchen.... location could not have been better in the old town. Ston is beautiful. Owner was very kind & helpful, met us upon arrival, free parking, spoke good English. Very comfortable clean apartment with a kitchen that was the best stocked of appliances/utensils that we found on our trip in Croatia. Highly recommended...you will love it. So much more peaceful & relaxing than Dubrovnik...dont miss staying at Ston! Beautiful food & great prices at restaurants. Thank you so much Joseph for a wonderful experience in Ston & the lovely gift of Almonds & local liquor when we left.

Was such a nice small town feel after being in Dubrovnik for a couple days. We felt like locals in no time! Best tour we had our whole trip was in Ston! We could have spent our whole vacation based there and exploring the peninsula, stone wall and other sites. Easy distance to both Dubrovnik and Split, Korcula island and so much more!
We enjoyed walking the walls of Ston, the longest medieval wall in Europe. We visited the salt plans, very photogenic as the sunset started. We had a great meal in the pretty walled garden at Stagnum and spent a couple of days relaxing and swimming at Prapratna beach.
Awesome hotel, great staff, really good breakfast....if you have time go on the oyster bvoat. They will set it up for you.....oysters fresh out of the Adreatic sea, home made white wine and cheese. UFR
Perfect for a one or two night stay. Make sure you do the boat and oyster tour in Mali Ston. This small town just makes you feel so welcome. So glad we took one of our days/nights away from staying in Dubrovnik to come experience Ston.
Ston has always been an important landmark throughout the history. The remains of the fortification atop of the hill above Ston and an extensive wall are probably the best evidence of it. Today it is mostly a transit waypoint on the way between the main coastline and the Peljesac peninsula, however, it is well-worth a stop-by. If not for other, for its famous local cuisine (especially the sea-shells) and wine. If you can spare time and are physically fit, do not miss out the climb-and-walk around the walls. However, it is not to be underestimated, especially under the hot Dalmatian sun.
We enjoyed Ston's must-see medieval walls and the renowned saltworks, a wide variety of restaurants and convenience stores. Moreover, Ston is a great hub for one-day trips to explore Dubrovnik, Mostar (Bosnia-Herzegovina), the islands of Mljet (with a great national park by the same name) and Korcula (Marco Polo's birthplace), and of course, the Peljesac peninsula, famous for great vineyards, wineries, and wines. And don't forget to feast on the mussels that are locally farmed in the nearby bays and coves.
Great location, peaceful place and great service.
