Hotel Barbakan is a great place to stay. We always stay here when visiting Pecs with my wife. Rooms are comfortable, and the staff is very friendly. The check-in is usually flexible, and they always make their best to accommodate us earlier if possible. Breakfast is good with many options and good quality.

The staff is very kind, the room is clean and comfortable. The hotel is very well located,

Absolute hidden gem. The hotel is lovely, the facilities are fantastic and the staff are so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and really inventive. We’ve already booked for the summer. Can’t wait to return.

The breakfast was excellent. Location was also great!

Great location in the city center near all te attractions.

The location is perfect, near the city center and they have nice private parking. The room was spacious and clean, the bed very comfortable. The breakfast was very good, fresh and tasty. Loved it! The staff was really nice. Everything was perfect with this hotel.

This Hotel was once a bank building, that's where the name comes from. The lobby, the rooms, all has a special charme and a style, that combines recent history with the needs of the guest. The landlord is very nice and doing his best. The hotel is situated in the center of Pécs right in the pedestrian zone.

We’ve been travelling for two weeks and this was our best hotel yet. We chose it for its position, about 20 minutes walk from the main station and an easy 10 minute walk into the old town centre. The hotel was clean, modern and professionally run, with helpful staff and an excellent buffet breakfast included in our good value weekend room rate. Our quiet courtyard facing standard room was comfortable, good WiFi, and bathroom with bath and plenty of hot water. Recommended.

Beautiful property in the best location. Breakfast was good also

we love this hotel in the center. this is our second stay. The rooms are big and nice.
