Very hospitable, attentive and welcoming staff. A special shoutout to Jay at Constellate for the excellent service, Luthfi for giving us a mini tour around the island and Wulan at the Heavenly Spa for making us feel comfortable. The Heavenly bed was also something wonderful. I usually have a hard time falling asleep on the first night but I had little trouble here. The food exceeded expectations, and the beautiful sunset and sunrise from the room was icing on the cake. We celebrated a birthday during our stay and the room was done up with a little dessert waiting for us upon check in. Kudos to housekeeping for the handwritten card. We truly felt special.

The hotel is very well laid out - it is easy to find a quiet spot without too many other people around. The food is also very good quality and very reasonably priced. The spa facilities are great - I had a fantastic massage, facial and the best foot massage that I have ever had! I have sensitive skin but the facial was very calming. The rooms are amazing and very spacious and all the toiletries provided meant that I didn't have to bring these with me.

Breakfast was really good, with an excellent selection of items. I especially liked the Steak Night out by the pool on Saturday evenings. The staff are so nice and friendly. They strive to make your stay the best possible experience. The shuttle service to the mall (and other locations) was very comfortable and safe. The swimming pool, all the restaurants, the spa, and billiards were top notch! I will definitely stay here when I am in Batam again. Terima kasih Holiday Inn!
